Heart Core offers trauma-informed life coaching services, including Heart-to-Heart, Heart-Aligned, and Heart Core programs (collectively, "Services"). All purchases and participation in our Services are governed by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any separate Client Agreement applicable to each program.

By purchasing any Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily choosing to participate in coaching services

• Results from coaching vary by individual and are not guaranteed

• Heart Core coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical advice, or therapy

• You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes

All purchases made through this Website are done on a voluntary basis. You agree to remain financially responsible for all purchases made by you or on your behalf.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Once a coaching package or session has been purchased, refunds are not provided.

If you have selected a payment plan, you are confirming that you understand you are making a financial commitment to meet all payments as scheduled.

Exception: Should your coach experience an unforeseen event that prevents her from completing the agreed service, you will be entitled to a refund or an equivalent exchange of services for unused sessions, at the coach's discretion.

Please note: Changing your mind, not achieving expected results, or failing to follow through on agreed actions does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Dispute Resolution

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. The only remedy available through arbitration shall be a full or partial refund of payments made, as determined by the arbitrator.

Any arbitration must be initiated within one (1) year of the date the dispute arose. By using this Website, you waive your right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis.

Governing Law
