It's you. It's me. It's us.

At its essence, "Heart Core" reflects a commitment to inner transformation
and communal connection inspired by the Filipino cultural values of…
Kapwa (shared identity) and
Bayanihan (communal unity).

It's about creating safety,
fostering belonging,
and building a life anchored in purpose and self-trust.

Healing connects us.
And I honor the truth that our paths are not the same which is exactly why safety looks different for everyone.

Anti-Racism & Decolonization

"Your trauma may be embedded in your history, but it doesn't have to define the rest of your story."

HOW I STAND FOR ANTI-OPPRESSION

As part of my commitment to decolonization and anti-racism, I actively work to unlearn and dismantle the harmful systems and beliefs that perpetuate inequity; including the ones I've internalized myself.

My work prioritizes creating spaces where everyone — regardless of background — feels safe, seen, and valued.
Not as an afterthought. From the start.

BY

Engaging in continuous education and self-reflection, staying honest about what I don't know and staying curious about what I still need to learn.

WITH

A commitment to showing up with safety, respect, and real accountability —

because every story matters, and every life deserves to be treated like it does.

Through this lens, I help clients recognize that while their trauma may have roots in oppressive histories, they can break free and write their own empowering narratives.

Inclusion isn't a finish line. It's a living practice of listening, learning, and evolving together.

We stay open to feedback on how to do that better — always.

Equality and Equal Opportunity

"No one has to face their journey alone. Making equality not just a principle but an active practice and personal commitment"

HOW I STAND FOR EQUALITY

I hold space for clients to show up as their full and authentic selves — free from judgment, shame, or the pressure to be anyone other than who they are.

As a proud member and advocate of the LGBTQIA+ community, I'm committed to ensuring Heart Core remains a haven for those navigating unique challenges and systemic barriers.

Amplifying voices and organizations like Pantay, and staying committed to listening, learning, and evolving in my understanding of equality and inclusion.

WITH

A focus on co-creating safety as YOU define it so you can live your values out loud and show up in the world with confidence and authenticity.

Bayanihan teaches us that we're stronger together. I bring that spirit into every coaching relationship:

supporting individuals and communities in their shared journeys toward healing and self-acceptance

Mental Health Advocacy

"Challenging stigmas and honoring struggle. Asking for help is one of the most courageous acts of self-love and you deserve a space that treats it that way.”

HOW I STAND FOR MENTAL HEALTH

TBH, this one is deeply personal.

I've faced my own mental health struggles. I know what it feels like to be in survival mode and have no idea how to ask for help, let alone believe you deserve it. That's exactly why I'm here.

By normalizing the need for support and breaking the stigma around mental health,
I aim to create compassionate spaces where clients feel seen and heard.. not diagnosed, not fixed, not rushed.
Just met exactly where they are.

Shining a light on topics like suicidal ideation, addiction, and the cultural conditioning that tells us asking for help is a sign of weakness.

Spoiler: it's not. It never was.
